The Need
The Need
The effectiveness of churches depends heavily on healthy leadership. The struggles of ministry are best handled when shared with others who have travelled the path of service before us. We want to serve the servants by mentoring and encouraging them as they minister. By strengthening pastors and their wives, we can effectively multiply church planting efforts all around the world.

Our Vision
We are asking God to use our experience, resources, gifts and strengths to continue training and encouraging generations of Christian leaders in the work of evangelism, discipleship and the establishment of local churches.
Our Process
Our Process
In order to influence generations of leaders, we are developing three primary areas in which we are focusing our ministry efforts.
resources
Equipping international pastors will include the development of new material as well as helping make connections with the vast resources that have been acquired and are available after more than forty years in vocational, cross-cultural, international ministry.
training
We will be doing seminars and modular classes onsite and online. The biblical training is solid and fundamental. The practical training is cross-culturally relevant. We have been offered a platform to do extensive online training programs.
mentoring
One-on-one mentoring is available to pastors and leaders who need help navigating the priorities of life and the obstacles of ministry. Both Jim and Sharon have faced challenges that uniquely equip them to help others.

The part we ask for you to take in our ministry is two-fold:
First, we ask you to pray for our ministry. We like what John Bunyan said: "You can do more than pray after you have prayed, but you cannot do more than pray until you have prayed." Prayer is fundamental in the progress of the ministry. So we ask you to pray.
